Ο Μπίκο και η ορχήστρα του, 75′ Σκ. Άννα Αντωνοπούλου & Γιώργος Σπυρίδης

Στη Στρούμιτσα της Βόρειας Μακεδονίας, ο μαέστρος Μπίκο Αγκούσεφ συνεχίζει την πλούσια παράδοση της βαλκανικής μουσικής της οικογένειάς του. Κάθε χρόνο, οι μαγευτικοί ήχοι του Μπίκο και της μπάντας του με τα χάλκινα πλημμυρίζουν τον αέρα, συναρπάζοντας με εκκωφαντικές μελωδίες τούς Έλληνες φίλους τους στις αποκριάτικες εκδηλώσεις της Νάουσας.

The isolation of the Greek countryside combined with the lifestyle that a musical instrument maker leads, a lifestyle that many would consider peculiar, creates an interesting reality, one that is simple, yet unconventional. A portrait that will introduce us to the world of flamenco, uniting cultures and musical traditions around the world.

Η απομόνωση της ελληνικής επαρχίας σε συνδυασμό με τον τρόπο ζωής ενός κατασκευαστή μουσικών οργάνων, δημιουργεί μια ενδιαφέρουσα πραγματικότητα, απλή αλλά ταυτόχρονα ασυνήθιστη. Μια προσωπογραφία που μας μεταφέρει στον κόσμο του φλαμένκο, ενώνοντας κουλτούρες και μουσικές παραδόσεις από όλο τον κόσμο.

A Couple of Years, 86′ Dir. Lydia Konsta

In 1960, 600,000 Greeks immigrated to Germany to live as workers, the so called Gastarbeiters. Descendants of this migration stream, Teo, Aglaia, and Vasso, allow us a glimpse of their daily lives and reveal the effects of that migration on their present and future: The film captures the encounter of two cultures and their interaction in contemporary socio-political developments.

To 1960, 600.000 Έλληνες μεταναστεύουν στη Γερμανία ως εργάτες. Απόγονοι αυτού του μεγάλου μεταναστευτικού ρεύματος, ο Τεό, η Αγλαΐα και η Βάσω μάς αποκαλύπτουν μέσα από την καθημερινότητά τους τις επιπτώσεις αυτής της μετανάστευσης στο παρόν αλλά και στο μέλλον, καθώς και την επίδρασή της στις σύγχρονες κοινωνικοπολιτικές εξελίξεις.

For A Red Shirt, 56′ Dir. Nikos Theodosiou & Dimitris Spyrou

By a remarkable coincidence, the invention of cinema coincides with the first major wave of Greek immigration to America. Inspired by this event, the film unravels the thread of immigration from that time to the great crisis of the 21st century, through its cinematic recordings with unknown or rare documents.

Για ένα κόκκινο πουκάμισο, 56′ Σκ. Νίκος Θεοδοσίου και Δημήτρης Σπύρου

Από μια αναπάντεχη σύμπτωση, η εφεύρεση του κινηματογράφου συμπίπτει με το πρώτο μεγάλο μεταναστευτικό ρεύμα των Ελλήνων στην Αμερική. Με αφορμή αυτό το γεγονός, στην ταινία ξετυλίγεται το κουβάρι της μετανάστευσης, από την εποχή εκείνη μέχρι τη μεγάλη κρίση του 21ου αιώνα, μέσα από τις κινηματογραφικές καταγραφές της.
