A young educated woman facing chronic unemployment and an unresolved relationship,
leaves Greece to work as a nanny for a well-off couple in Germany. A tragic turn of events brings into sharp focus the different worlds of the two female protagonists – one from Europe’s north, juggling her professional life with motherhood, and the other from the south, juggling an unplanned pregnancy with financial insecurity.

Μια νέα μορφωμένη γυναίκα, αντιμέτωπη με τη χρόνια ανεργία και μια αβέβαιη σχέση,
εγκαταλείπει την Ελλάδα για να δουλέψει ως νταντά σε μια ευκατάστατη οικογένεια στη
Γερμανία. Μια τραγική εξέλιξη φέρνει στο προσκήνιο τους διαφορετικούς κόσμους των δύο προταγωνιστριών· η μία, Βόρειο-Ευρωπαία, παλεύει να ισορροπήσει την επαγγελματική της ζωή με τη μητρότητα, ενώ η άλλη, Νότιο-Ευρωπαία, βρίσκεται αντιμέτωπη με την οικονομική ανασφάλεια και μια απρόσμενη εγκυμοσύνη.
