Dear Members & Friends,
The Greek Film Society Sydney (GFSS) invites you to its Annual General
Meeting at 4 pm on Sunday 8 July 2012 at the Greek Atlas Community and
Cultural Centre, 96 Illawarra Rd (old Marrickville Town Hall).
The meeting will deal with the following:
(a) Confirm the minutes of the last preceding Inaugural Meeting of 4 April
2012.
(b) Receive a committee report on the activities of the GFSS since 4 April.
(c) Receive and consider the Society¹s financial statement to 30 June 2012.
(d) Elect office-bearers of the association and ordinary committee members
for the next year.
(e) Discuss the Screening Program July-December 2012 and related issues.
Friends can become members on the day and take part in the meeting. We urge
all members to attend and to consider joining the committee and/or to share
some of the ongoing tasks required to run the fortnightly screenings in a
friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

σας καλεί στην ετήσια γενική συνέλευση που θα γίνει
την Κυριακή 4:00 μμ 8 Ιουλίου 2012
96 Illawarra Rd Marrickville.
Κεντρικά θέματα της συνέλευσης θα αποτελέσουν:
α”Ανάγνωση και ψήφιση των πρακτικών της τελευταίας γενικής
συνέλευσης.
β” Παρουσίαση των οικονομικών της λέσχης.
γ” Εκλογή νέου διοικητικού συμβουλίου.
δ”Παρουσίαση του προγράμματος προβολών του επόμενου εξαμήνου.
ε”Αναφορά του διοικητικού συμβουλίου για την διεκπεραίωση των καθηκόντων
που ανάλαβε από την συνέλευση της 4 Απριλίου.
Φίλοι που δεν είναι μέλη, και που θα επιθυμούσαν να πάρουν
μέρος στης διαδικασίες της γενικής συνέλευσης,
μπορούν να γίνουν μέλη πριν από την γενική συνέλευση.
